Thursday 19th February

Ah the end of the week, well the end of the week for me at least, I now have a few days off for a nice holiday and posting the End of Day is my last task before I leave. So the sooner I start the sooner I get to leave. So without further ado let's get on with the show, and we start today with Chris from the Comms Team:

Well I think most of you can guess what the majority of the team has been up to. Yes, that's right, we've been dodging Bob's laser beam stare.

In other news, Matt did some task work and helped clean up some problems (they spilt their dinner down their trousers). He also posted in a few forums.

Bob continues to create havoc by instantaneously melting things by accident with his new ((laser eyes)). Before his monitor disintegrated he was doing some change controls and posting to support queries.

Mand has continued to post in the forums and has also pushed a few problems to the right places.

Chris has been posting in forums and tidying up some internal documentation.

We can't leave you without the random link, so here it is.

Catch you tomorrow, w00t Friday. Yay. More mono-syllabic statements of excitement will be uttered.

And last today is Shena from CS SA:

Hello all from the Customer Services team from Sunny South Africa.

I have been tasked the wonderful opportunity to post the EOD today.

This has been a fairly good week for Customer Services SA with yesterday being of the one of the days that requires a special mention. Customer Services SA did a fantastic job yesterday maintaining the call volumes. We were offered well over 1100 calls (a first for CS SA) and maintained all SLA’s, Call Answers Rates and the longest call wait. Today is pretty much the same, with a high volume of calls coming in.

This could not have been achievable without the assistance of the Sheffield team as well as Technical Support South Africa.

Sameer’s on annual leave, so it’s Rowan and I managing the Customer Services Team today. The young vibrant team is their usual cheerful, fun selves. Keeping each other motivated through the entire day.

The office is still decorated with red trimmings – everyone’s still in the valentine’s mood I presume .

Have a fantastic evening all. Kind Regards,

Shena Goorawa Customer Services team Leader And that's it for today I'm afraid.  Everyone else will be back tomorrow. I did say I was going to answer the question of why I was wearing a suit today, well just for a laugh really. Luke said after I had my hair cut I should wear a suit... so I did. Laters everyone...
