Good afternoon readers. I forget what time evening officially begins - I like to think it's 18.00 but feel free to correct me. It's been a tad hectic around these parts recently, probably something to do with the new broadband products we released on Tuesday. It's kept me busy anyway - I don't think i've worked on anything else for the last month! Let's see what everyone else has been up to... First up is Preeshan from CS SA...
Evening to all, This has been and exciting week for the Provisioning Team as we have just launched a new range of Broadband Products. Along with the excitement however comes the increased demand and pressure on the team to ensure we are still performing well and within SLA. The guys have done exceptionally well this week to maintain our Provisions and keep them under control and within SLA. Going into the next few weeks however we are expecting a huge increase in customer numbers but being the fantastic team we are, we will rise to the occasion and continue to provide the same level of service to our valued customers. Your friendly Provisioning Team in sunny Durban.
Next is Chris from Comms. Methinks he has that friday feeling...
Friday, bananariffic. Today we've spent our time in forums, writing documentation and battling through our tasklists. There have also been a number of meetings for various people in the team and the obligatory cup of tea. And now over to the Snugiraffe for the sport news. Erm, someone appears to have kidnapped the Snugiraffe, we apologise for this break in our programming schedule and will endeavour to bring you the remainder of the news shortly. "Do do dooooo dooody do dooo Do do dooooo dooody do dooo Do do dooooo dooody do dooo Do do dooooo dooody do dooo Do do dooooo dooody do dooo" Until next time, I'll leave you with this question. Would you rather be in a tin of tuna with no spoon, or a ring of fire with no water? Tatty-bye. As we've all started using twitter, here are the top 21 twitter applications.
Doody do indeed... Last but by no means least is James from the Web Team...
I've been doing testing tasks for other people and touching base on various open tasks and problem, here's what the rest of the team have been up to: Gary - getting bugs and problems through testing Phil - putting estimations through for new projects Jonny - bought and then ate some cake Nick - working with marketing on new bits and pieces, problems, and RPR bug fixing Dan - user rententions and problems
I saw that cake, it looked nice... Have a good weekend everyone, see you next week!
