Re: topbox v smart TV

Welcome to the forums

top box?

Could you provide any info on what that is?

Do you mean a set top box/freeview box/player?

Do you have Youview from Plusnet?

If you do mean a freeview box, then for both to work you'd need to look at the settings on the box to make sure the antennae settings are set to 'pass through' the aerial signal to the TV for the TV to be able to 'see' the TV channels too.

Main aerial lead to box and another lead from the box to the TV. Scan for channels on the TV and (assuming you've passed the signal through from the box) view the channels on the TV.

Treat them as two different viewing devices, but both are watchable on the TV.

HTH.

@jurby In that case I can help you!!;)

Blue button - Settings - Picture and Sound - Antenna Out and move from Off to On

Go to Done and press the button and click Close (on the remote)

This will then put the aerial channels through to the TV.

You then have two ways to watch freeview channels Smiley
