keep waitrose e-mail address if moving provider

hi everybody.  

where i live has been enabled for FTTP and although I would love to stay with waitrose  neither they or plusnet do fttp packages so I will have to move provider(probably BT) and i have just come across a thread that states that I can have a mail only package from waitrose for £1.69 a month.  

can some one confirm this is true as I really really dont want to lose my waitrose address after all these years

Firstly welcome to our community forums.

While unfortunately from a staff perspective, we can’t support Waitrose/John Lewis Broadband accounts over here, I’m sure this should be OK though you’re best off calling in on 0800 022 3300 (Selecting the option for thinking of leaving) to request that your account is downgraded to the appropriate mail only package instead of cancelled entirely.
