connecting home alarm dialler does no longer work

before going full fibre I had a dialler that used my phone line when my house alarm was activated now with no phone line how do I get my alarm to connect to my phone I under stood Plusnet could supply a voice box or Voip box that could do this help please.

@Albi11 I understand your concern, but have you talked to your alarm providers? My understanding is that who should be ensuring their equipment works when connected to a system which does not use the PSTN.

@jab1 its a bit more basic than that, having moved to Full Fibre from Plusnet, @Albi11 now has no phone service!
how do I get my alarm to connect to my phone I under stood Plusnet could supply a voice box or Voip box that could do this
From where did you get the information that Plusnet could supply a voip box ? Plusnet are not providing a voip service at all
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Where did you get this information?
You ideally need a totally different dialler that connects directly to the router. Whilst a VoIP ATA may do this with your current device, Plusnet are not providing the necessary VoIP service needed for this to work.
If you are connecting this to a security monitoring company then, as @jab1 suggests, you need to talk to the alarm provider. If you ar simply using this to phone to, for example, your mobile, then you need to talk to your chosen third party VoIP provider.

I realise that. Sorry, I meant to come back and add a comment along the lines of ' @Albi11 , did you not check with your alarm provider what options they could offer when you no longer had a phone line?', but got distracted.

@jab1 ICBW but I got the impression we're talking about a basic home alarm system which can be programmed to dial a preset number when the alarm is triggered.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I don't think it's unreasonable to come to that conclusion if you follow this Plusnet announcement -

The reason for asking users of telecare devices to get in touch will probably be to ensure that they are contacted and advised to move to EE, who will be able to advise and provide their version of VoIP. There’s no offer to provide the service. This option is available to the.OP. If they ring Plusnet they will enable the transfer without invoking cancellation charges.
The OP will still have to make sure that their alarm will work with the EE Digital Phone service.
