Where can I find my open online support ticket

I have had a ticket opened for me by Sharon, I know it is there somewhere, but for the life of me cannot find it. Can some kind person please tell me how I can locate it please?

Thanks Jim for the rapid reply, I was able to read it at the first URL, but the second took me where I had been looking earlier, cannot see the way forward from there.
