Samsung SSD NVMe PCIe3 M.2 MZVLV512

I'm having some very random results with this Disk I'm using, so I ran a few tests and I'm not liking the look of the results.

I had a look on the Samsung site for firmware updates but no such luck, reading around various forums this disk type has some varying results when it gets full, but mine is pretty empty and I'm not about to re-formatt just to prove a point.

 By varying, I mean I've had 1 test run faster which I can't re-produce!

All subsequent tests have all pushed writes of 8mb, I'm thinking of contacting the supplier but before I do I just need to ask if there are any obvious reasons why should/maybe happening.

Any thoughts please.

I'm having the exact same problem on my HP Spectre PRo, have you managed to fix this?
