I'm struggling to set up my wifi on a RPi, I have to enter my SSID, is this the string that shows on my PC wifi connection, ie PlusnetwirelessB7CCB8 or is it just the B7CCB8 or have I got it completely wrong
I'm trying to follow these instructions http://pingbin.com/2012/12/setup-wifi-raspberry-pi/

its the whole string
you can also use wicd which has a "gui" to select the wifi.
I did that on mine but it does load later in the start up than manual setting of the details.

Thanks, that explains why I wasn't getting anywhere, I was just using the B7CCB8 bit
