In the last few days I've started having problems when I boot up my pc. I say problems, but actually all it is, is that I get a small window (see attachment) in the middle of the desktop. I can delete it (there are three of them, but I can delete all three), and it doesn't seem to prevent me doing what I want to do, they just sit in the middle of the screen until I delete them. This has finally got irritating enough for me to try to solve the problem. I have uninstalled Adobe Reader and reinstalled it, but rebooting the computer a few times and then they are back. I have uninstalled Adobe Reader then deleted all Adobe files from my computer and then reinstalled Adobe Reader, and they are back.
Has anyone got any idea what is causing this and how to solve it?
Thanks for any help
PS I'm using Win7 just in case thats important to this

The fact that you are still using Win 7 is a massive factor. I would ditch adobe and install a different. Win 7 compatible pdf reader. There are still some alternatives available.

I have done as Baldrick1 has suggested, and ditched Adobe. Edge seems to be able to cope with pdf's, so until I have a problem with that, I am going to stick with Edge
Thankyou to both of you
