Re: Port Forwaridng

@ross_37 welcome to the community.

I note you have a static IP Address, Port Forward rule is set for inbound connections.

The log file example does not show any port forward activity.

In the members centre there is a 'Account' based Firewall, you need to check this is set to 'Low' or 'Off'

From the members centre Home page navigate ->Broadband -->Broadband Firewall (you need to scroll down the page)

Maybe so more detail on what you are attempting would be helpful as well.

Edit: added members centre link

Re: Port Forwaridng

Yes things looked good but when l tested  i am still not able to get through the router the port forwarding seems to work but not allowing to connect to the device

It works  on the home lan but not when l use public IP address. I Have configured the port forwarding to  7777 it doesn't which i had previously used sucesfully

Any direction would be appreciated

Re: Port Forwaridng

When you say you can see the port forward rule working you see a log message something like this when you attempt to connect remotely.

hh:mm:ss, dd mmm. FWL Port Forward Server(192.168.x.xxx) TCP 7777 accepted a new connection from <external IP Add>

Which application are you setting up, has this worked before on the Hub Two?

With the account based firewall have your tried setting to Low or Off? Don't forget to reboot the Hub.
