On the basis that it will "look and feel more like Chrome and Firefox" that's sound advice Jim. They might well be browsers Jim, but not browsers as we know it.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Think maybe MS are trying to get away from the bad name of IE , trying to copy FF/Chrome
