Router is not working properly

Hi,

I have a Plusnet hub 2 router and it has worked fine for years 

just recently trying to control it via hub manager has become very hit and miss 

eg save button doesn’t work

cant set schedules without it interfering and scheduling the wrong devices 

disconnecting devices when I have accessed the manager online 

So far I have reset the hub and set back my passwords.

I suspect I need a replacement hub

 

How do I get one please?

Hi @aimless101 

Please try clearing your browser cache and trying a couple of different browsers, if possible. If it still isn't working, it may be worth trying to reset the router using the pinhole on the back of the device.

Let us know if it's working any better after that.

Hi

I tried all of that and it still isn't letting me use the settings on the website 

Do I need a new router

In fact now I can't set any user times Sad
