Thanks for coming back to me but I’m definitely logged in. Most of the buttons work (eg changing the icon), but this one is greyed out.

The likely cause of this issue is when the DHCP server of the Hub Two did not issue the devices IP Address.
So the device either had an IP address allocated from another DHCP server or the device has been configured with a fixed IP Address using its Network settings.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
