How do I view Sync Issues in Outlook 365 classic?

How do I view Sync Issues in Outlook 365 classic?

In the past, the folder pane has included a folder "Sync Issues" - which, as you would expect, contained information about any issues Outlook had with syncing to the mail server.

If I check the data file properties and folder size, I can still see the sync issues folder with a size of 725kB. however I can't seem to find a way of opening it and looking at the information.

Has anybody got any suggestions / instructions as to how to see it?

I'm looking because Outlook seems slow to download my new emails (even though gmail on my phone collects them).

Thanks

Ian

Have you not got Outlook app installed, in either POP3 or IMAP?; you still get sync issue folder there.
Incidentally G Mail will cease to poll other [non GOOGLE], accounts from 1/26.

Thanks,

I eventually found the "Folders" icon in amongst the "More Apps" button on the left hand side of the screen.

@Gel said "Incidentally G Mail will cease to poll other [non GOOGLE], accounts from 1/26"

Is that all other account types or just POP?
