Problems getting into some websites

I am having two problems. I'm not sure whether they are linked in some way, but I am having problems getting into some, not all, websites. I don't know whether anyone other than me are having the same problems.

Problem 1 - Two places I have tried to access today, one being Garmin, the other being a website whose ID I have forgotten, and in both I have had to prove I am a human. It just needed a tick in the box, but the Garmin process I have been using for over 5 years so why should it ask me now?.

Problem 2 - I bought a Kia car in September, so joined the Kia Owners Club. I was getting access to their forum until yesterday, but since then I have been getting "This page isn't working".

Would one of you please try the Kia one "kiaownersclub.co.uk" for me to see if you can get through to it. Please let me know the result.I'm not sure what to do about the Garmin problem.

kiaownersclub.co.uk working OK. We're Plusnet end to end.....

Just added : Default DNS 212.159.6.9 & 212.159.13.49

No problems with :

@penneck I get to that Kia site with no problem, but note I am not on PN, but the site is definitely there and accessible.

Thankyou @jab1  & @Champnet . That suggests I have problems on my pc. If you can think what may be blocking me, I'd be grateful to hear about it.

As for the Garmin problem, I have made several successful accesses to my Garmin account, with only one case of proving I'm a human. In that particular time, it came up with;_

sso.garmin.com

Verify you are human..... and then I had to tick the box. I will contact Garmin and ask them if there is a problem

Well, I don't know what has happened but both of those problems I was having have now gone. I can get to Garmin and to Kia now
