I knew I shouldn't have believed the AI bot🙄

NVM, I seem to have got it going now, although whether I'll remember how to do it when I need to is another matter Cheesy

It was just a case of entering *72mobilenumber-as-I-would-normally-dial-it' and then pressing the 'dial' button. Then waiting for the dial tone. Then hang up. Not sure what I was doing wrong but there we are Smiley

Yeah, I referred back to professsor google's AI thingie as well. Maybe we'll be OK in the machines try to take over after all. They're NOT as clever as they think they are Cheesy

Re: Digital Customers Only Connection on plusnet 2 hub

So, the correct format for unconditional call forwarding on HT802 is *72-mobile-number' followed by the hash key and then I press the dial button to send it. Then *73 followed by the hask key and 'dial' to switch it off. That seems to work.

The hash key needs to be added from what I can see.

When I check the CDR entry on the 'control panel' on A&A it shows the redirection cost as being 2p which seems to coincide with the A&A price lists for mobile call costs. Of course, I also have to pay for the mobile cost to my landline but that's not on A&A's website... obviously Smiley

Re: Digital Customers Only Connection on plusnet 2 hub

I'm assuming that the grandstream maintains a connection to the A&A servers by sending a 'keepalive' packet every so often so that incoming calls can get through the firewall, (which otherwise wouldn't allow an incoming connection to my home network, presumably). This is the 'Keeplive interval' in the 'advanced settings' in its setup and mine is set to 20 seconds. Is that a reasonable period or should it be more... or less?

Mine is set to 20 seconds and seems OK (A&A via HT801V2)
