terrible service

one of my ref is perks a 83year old lady with cancer. here internet has been down a week and engineer was due today 8-1 now nearley 3 no signs of him rang plus net you get so far then it says emergency Res anouncment and cuts you off this old lady is frantic we need to know what's happening she can't do any banking this is the second time in a few months she has lost service for over a week
