telephone wait times

Just had to make a couple of calls, 10 to 15 min wait each time.  Not at all bad, but not perfect (especially as your sort of music is not my sort of music).
Suggestion: it could be helpful if the site showed average response times for different times of day over the last month or so (probably separated by weekday/weekend).
That would help callers to call at less busy times: customers would have shorter waits and you might be able to deploy your staff more efficiently.
Maybe the time pattern isn't consistent enough to make this helpful?

I just wish they would tone down the loud brash music. It's dire and has been mentioned many times on the forums.  One benefit of it being so loud is I can put the phone on the other side of the room and hear it without needing to use the speaker function.

I called twice yesterday and although the precautionary 20 minute message was on the phones, I got through both times in about a minute
This was about 11am and 4pm
