Re: so good you send them twice

whistler,
Check what addresses they were sent to and let us know if they are different. If this is annoying you we can give you some advice on getting around this.

Re: so good you send them twice

I have started to get two emails, one to username etc@f9.co.uk which is correct but I am also getting one now to username etc@force9.co.uk.
I had this issue a while ago and it was sorted (don't remember how)

Oddball,
Yes, I do remember that happening in the past at some point, I'll get that looked into.
whistler,
How do you check your e-mail? do you use a client like Outlook or do you use webmail?

Re: so good you send them twice

Thanks,
It sounds like your Outlook is set up to receive mail to both the postmaster address and your me@ address. I'd advise changing your settings to only pick up from the me@ address to stop this.
Please read these help pages as they should explain how to do it:
http://www.plus.net/support/email/email_explained.shtml
http://www.plus.net/support/email/setup/outlook_2007.shtml (for Outlook 2007)
http://www.plus.net/support/email/setup/outlook.shtml (for Outlook 2003)
If you end up struggling with this drop me a PM and I'll give you a call.

Re: so good you send them twice

pierre_pierre,
There's no obvious reason that I can either see or think of. I'll have to look into that and get back to you.

Nope. My outlook is set up to receive from just my me@ address. The reason I'm getting them twice is cos you're sending them twice. As I said in post #5 you send me TWO - BOTH addressed to TWO addresses, postmaster@ and me@. i.e. you're actually sending FOUR - two to postmaster@ which I DON'T get and TWO to me@ which I DO get.
