The price will stay the same for 12 months,
I am not sure if the reduced Market 3 Exchange price applies to existing products or whether you need to request a change to benefit

Hi there nittygritty,
You'll continue to pay your current price until at least next year.
We'll contact you in the future if the price is going to change.

I bloomin' hope you don't put the price up after the 12 months is up, its typically at that point providers should be trying to retain our custom not encourage us to find a cheaper solution elsewhere!  Angry

Re: plusnet pro old and new prices

I can only speak for the Value product but the new signups will be paying 50p per month more than existing users for 12 months.
I would very much doubt if that disparity will be allowed to continue after thge 12 month price fix
