plusnet dealing with public

i wonder how we could get plusnet to answer our calls  sooner   ive  waited up to 37 mins    now if i ask amazon to phone me   i get a call in seconds!!!

my download speed was 0.01mbs!!  so i have to phone  plusnet  am i missing something   in the olden days  one  could e mail  raise a ticket get your line checked   but  not  now  you have to listen to someone telling you  what  to do  but  you  have  done  that   just  get my  speed up

who says ill be renewing my contract?

Are you still having problems with your download speeds? I've made a couple of changes to your profile which should hopefully improve things a little bit.

Both      averages out  the same       there was a drop in speed   now gone up to 1.69 but nowhere near  the2.31 on 18/2/17

 

I would say there is a problem

Sorry to hear about the drop in speed. At the moment, your throughput of 1.69 Mbps is looking OK.

 

If the problem happens again, please can you run a speed test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com, being sure to complete the further diagnostics after the first test completes then raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net

1.69 is not good  when ive been getting 2.31!!
