phone upgrade

Why does PlusNet take four months to upgrade my phone account from evenings and weekends to Anytime.
I raised a question (29596871) on 6 August 2009 and still this is being passed around, will this ever be answered !!

Hi there,
Sorry about the issues you've had trying to change product, I've just tried to force it through without success. I've got Mand on the case and it's looking to be a problem affecting a few customers so she's going to raise a P1 to address it. I'll let you know more info as soon as we have it.
