Currently on Extra with the £5 extra per month. Have stopped the wife and kids using iplayer so we don't go near the 60gb limit. Would like to see the 120Gb on Extra too.
To get the extra allowance you need to visit the Extra usage option at http://trials.plus.net and submit the request. That will result in you being manually transferred to the updated Plusnet Premium product which at the increased cost stated provides 120GB monthly allowance. Plusnet Premium is identical to Plusnet Extra in terms of expected speeds and traffic management.
I am on BB option 2 and paying £31.20 with a 50GB limit and spend most of my time restricting use of iplayer, 4od etc to stay within the 50GB. I don't want to pay another £9+vat a month to be on unlimited, what product would you recommend?
How long is it taking at the moment to switch people over to the 120GB product, and is all the traffic management the same on the 120GB product as it is on the extra?.

Haha, i knew that already, i have been doing some reading since posting that and have read that some people have had the new usage within hours, so why the next billing date now?.
