Re: honest broadband?

total loss of service dsl and phone, when i called to report issue i waited for 30 mins before an answer by which time i had used up most of the credit on my phone, i asked if it would be possible to call me back and i was told no! and the last incident left me disconnected for 11 days  - bloody jokers - somebody else can have my £60 a month

Sounds like you're on the wrong package then. In my experience Plusnet has always refunded pro-rata for periods without service. Have you actually asked?

Re: honest broadband?

Not true! Angry You have a reply from James on this thread. Have you actually dropped him a mesage or are you just a stirrer?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.
