help from Shaerose with my e mail set up

I spoke to a young man named Shaerose tonight to get help with setting up my e mail address,
he was the best telephone advisor I have ever dealt with, regardless of what company I have contacted.
He was very polite,helpfull, knowledgable and very patient.
This young man would be an asset to any company looking to recruit people for public relations services.
I wish him all the best for his future
