25 mins iv been trying to get through. it said its a wait of 15. Need to sort this conectiton that keeps droping. also when i do a speed test (4 different ones) it cant give me a upload speed result.

A couple of weeks ago I just wanted to top-up my VoIP credit,  at just after 6AM the support stats pages said there was one person in the queue and the delay was three minutes.  In the end it took me 29 minutes to make a simple credit card payment, which used to be possible just by raising a ticket !

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

And what sort of download speed do you normally get? Are you are on a 20CN Exchange connection?
