Why doesn't the Account Summary include everything

This is a screen shot from mine suitable masked
Where are the Call Plan Charge and Cessation Charge
If it is a space restriction why are things there from 2012 which are no longer active
Why is the router delivery not shown as written off as it is over 12 months since it was delivered

Re: Why doesn't the Account Summary include everything

Mine's wrong as well - 18 month contract taken out in Jan 2013, re-contracted for 12 months at a discounted rate in July.
Router still shows £40 charge and there's no revised charge for my current contract (Though there is a pending charge from Jan 1970!)
Still, I'm sure it will all be fixed when the new billing system goes live in 2037 Smiley

2037 !! That's a tad optimistic isn't it ? Roll_eyes

It would be just typical if Plusnet's new billing system appeared in 2037,  because the 'next' Y2K type problem (known as "Y2K38") will occur in 2038,  when the Unix style 32-bit time stamp will roll-over back to 1st January 1970 !

Re: Why doesn't the Account Summary include everything

I've never really understood the summary as the figures don't seem to relate to anything in my billing. I just assume (hope) it will all pan out in the end as what I am paying is what I agreed.
£80.68 for the original Solwise router! I seem to remember there were major issues with a batch of them and a replacement had to be sent out.
I am certain I never paid £29.99 for two of the other routers, though, just p&p.

It's a bit more fun than that as it's a signed number, which will become negative, making affected systems think it's 1901,  or to be precise, it changes from 03:14:08 19-01-2038 to 20:45:52 13-12-1901

Interesting to find that No! I am not the only one who finds the accounts/billing records puzzling (as posted by me in that section of the forum on 09/12/14)  !
