Can I suggest a little patience?  It is Christmas after all? 
You posted your original thread less than 24 hours ago (on Boxing Day) and a new thread as a follow up (in contravention of forum rules) on a Saturday.  No idea if Billing work on a Saturday and I'd be fairly sure they weren't in yesterday...
