Subject: Access to www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk (67839) - UPDATE
This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problems accessing the broadband speed tester we host at www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk.
We are arranging collection of the affected servers from one of our London data centres so that the necessary remedial work can be carried about before access to the service can be restored.
Access to the speed tester will remain disabled until we've had the opportunity to carry out this work.
Please accept our apologies for the continued inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Bob Pullen
