Where has contact e-mail gone?

I need to get help with an e-mail problem but the member centre e-mail contact links are no longer available. I could phone but need to send Plusnety  the relevant error text for someone to look at...Have I missed an announcement that Plusnet have now withdrawn the facilty for customers to access help via e-mail? If so I am not happy....

Re: Where has contact e-mail gone?

Hi,
Are you able to raise a ticket with the relevant information at http://contactus.plus.net ?
This link should work: https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22966&wizard_id=38

Re: Where has contact e-mail gone?

Thanks James your link works AOK and I have now managed to raise a question.. strange that you can't get to that 'raise a ticket' screen/link from the help pages/member centre support links anymore (or I couldn't). It is now well hidden...

Can you post the url of the page where the link didn't seem to work and which link it was?

Re: Where has contact e-mail gone?

It seems like it might be the main support page at http://www.plus.net/support/. On this page clicking Help Assistant in the navigation menu goes to a 'raising a question' dialogue which is aimed at getting the question to the correct department, including linking to help pages.
Maybe those less familiar with the process find this confusing when they 'just want to raise a question' (eg because they'd been advised to do that in the forums - as this member had)?

Re: Where has contact e-mail gone?

Well it is confusing these days. I remember when it was much more streamlined to 'raise a question', ahh happy simple days back then. Wink
That's RPM to you!!
