Very happy customer

Good morning.
Just to like to say that since I have changed my contract I am a very happy bunny.
I inadvertently went over my limited  allowance, was reduced to very little access to things on my phone and  pc.
I contacted Plusnet help and they came up with an ideal package for me....unlimited BB for £2.75 per month for 12 months then £9.99 2 years contract, the switch was made 3 days later giving me full access to all things I like to do.  The speed  is first class.
Opened up a new world for me with streaming on phone and pc.
Thank you Plusnet, you never let me down!

feedback from me the service i had with plusnet is very good they made the swich fast from bt
i give you feedback on bt as well there do not understand you over the phone when you ring them
i like the people work for plusnet they understand the problems
