Very good so far!

I was with PN many years ago but was tempted to O2 with the promise of shiny things and trinkets.
O2 have been faultless but I refuse to line the pockets of Murdoch and the rest of his family and empire - so Plusnet - again! My own modem & router ....
Fairly seamless changeover apart from losing Internet for a day - without warning. It would have been good to have been given notice ....
But all working now and speed is only a little slower than O2. Had to prompt for the upstream cap to be lifted. What cap? Nothing on the website about it!
So, Congratulations PlusNet! Excellent service. Support even rang me to discuss a minor issue I had.
