The contract appears to have been running for around 15 months so it is feasible that 40/10 was still being sold/advertised then.

No I am not but I thought that 40/10 was withdrawn before that (June 2014) and even 40/20 (now 55/10) was withdrawn on June 17th 2015 so 16 months ago and from the screen cap (difference between the download figures) he can't be on 55/10

If this detail is held and visible as part of the customer's account details - does it become part of the contract?
