Two new Home Phone accounts

Had ADSL with PlusNet since 2004, and had it installed at my folks place back in 2010.  We left the phone service as-was.
Today I took the plunge and made the call to switch my service over.  The lady I spoke to was so polite and friendly.  I couldn't believe how quick the whole process was too as the order was placed within a couple of minutes.  Was so impressed I switched the folks line over too (having already got the OK if things went well!) so there you go.
Give it a couple of weeks and I'll only be having one bill for phone and ADSL.. nice.

great to hear when things go well, so often forums tend to focus on the problems (naturally) which can given a distorted impression of how things work out most of the time
