Trying to close off a fault

I am trying to get in touch with a member of Faults who called last Friday in order to help sign off a LONG fault and talk about a few things account related.
The text no. is not recognising my fault anymore to get in touch by reply.
I have replied to the ticket last Friday but wonder if it could be given a look at so that the member of staff can call me back.
