Plusnet used to be really good, but is that what we would expect??  Undecided

online support call. raised another as a test tonight. 46 hours. system isn't  down so don't need a immediate response, but over 2 days. and if system was down 16min average call wait isn't acceptable in my opinion

So you are talking about ticket response time in your original post - it  would have been helpful if you had made that clear
