@Felixclark Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.
If you are looking for help or advice on this, can I suggest that you post details of your sorry saga on the Full Fibre board?

Have you raised a complaint: see https://www.plus.net/help/legal/complaints-code-of-practice/
If you have then you'd need to seek an update from the case owner.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Felixclark The best course of action is send an email explaining the situation to the CEO of Openreach, it is common knowledge that Plusnet have no power to get Openreach to do anything. I had a delay of around 3 months last year when OR failed to repair a blocked duct, preventing my Full Fibre upgrade.
A quick search should find the email address you need, this will engage the Director Services Office high level complaints team, they sorted my problem very quickly. Best of luck.
