For about two months my download speed dropped slowly from 25 to 14. I reported a fault and an engineer was booked for Friday last. He spent 30 to 45 minutes checking things. He somehow improved things a little up to around 18. Further intervention by Plusnet got things back to where they should be. I was pleased and surprised to receive a phone call from Plusnet explaining what had happened (not that I completly understood) Excellent service all round.
That's a good experience you've had getting the fault repaired. It would be good to hear from any other PN customers who were pleased and surprised to receive a phone call from Plusnet explaining what had happened regarding a fault which had been repaired.. I for one haven't but fortunately I've had very few line faults or issues in my time as a PN customer.
