Called on 12/oct informed home moving. Appointment booked on 19/oct, engineer no show. Called and was promised 48h response. Nothing! Called on 21st again, promised 48h response. Nothing! Called on26th again, promised 48h response. Today 28th still nothing! No call, no email.
What exactly is going on?!
Can I just cancel this order ? I can't wait for any longer! I have to borrow my neighbours phone to call plusnet every time!!!
