Id just like to give plusnet a vote of thanks for a flawless changeover from BT Infinity.
The changeover went like clockwork, well within the timescale, and the problems I had with BT's down speeds has disappeared, for now, at least. For those who haven't been there, BT's forums are very much like Plusnets, Inasmuch as the first few pages are full of negativity. Seems to me the common denominator in all the problems is actually BT wholesale who provide the infrastructure.
Anyways, back to topic. . .
