Hi, My plusnet service went live yesterday, i was told it would go live before midnight today , the 16th, so i was surpised to see my service go off and back on within a couple of hours, a quick call to plusnet confirmed the service change and after setting up my router i was up and running. I did have some aprehension about the move after the little errors on my new account but fair dues, the change went smoothly. Luckily BT where not involved so they never got a chance to mess things up, unlike my first move 7 years ago ! I shoulnt have any problems but im checking the line for a few days ;-) Phone moves over in a week then im all plusnetted up. Thanks.
