Terrible ISPAs results for PlusNet

How disapointing PlusNet has slipped down the tables again for Best Consumer and ever worse Customer Service.

I wouldn't say it's terrible results! To be nominated into the shortist is an achievement itself. Yes we are disappointed that we didn't win one, but we'll be back for more next year!

That's what was said last year and yet PlusNet have dropped further down the list. Customer service is of some concern.

I think 'glloyd' is looking at this http://www.ispaawards.org.uk//page/category_best_consumer_fixed_broadband
which I read as an alphabetically sorted list of the nominated finalists and NOT the ranking of finalists - but maybe that's just how I am reading it ?
