Support? I'm Happy!
Nowadays people have hight expectations and the internet is wonderful for complaining when things go wrong. Customer support is difficult at the best of times and in a tech environment I think it works well for most.
I switched to fibre on Monday and it threw up a line problem. Noisy phone line for speech (coincidental?) and poor speed.
I called support, they ran thorough checks and contacted Openreach. A helpful man turned up early on Wednesday morning did his checks and invited me to look in the manhole. A couple of wired twisted together and a bit of sticky tape! Sorted with a proper connection.
IP profile a bit low but not a crisis and under review.
That was excellent service by all and a big thanks to them. I am very happy to be a customer.
