Shocking service

Shocking service as outlined below.

1) No means to email, instant message or chat.

2) Unhelpful and contradictory information provided by Plusnet on phone calls.

3) I spent multiple hours on the phone to Plusnet while they failed to fix Broadband problem: failed to set up broadband following house move, despite repeated advice to Plusnet informing them regarding house move.

4) Contradictory and inappropriate information regarding making a complaint; I was initially told I could only make the complaint verbally and immediately.

5) There is no means of making a complaint online.

Sorry to hear of your experience you've had whilst moving house.

From reading the notes on your account I believe this should now be resolved?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
