Reset profile please

Can some kinds c/s person reset my profile to 15.07, it's been wrong for a week or so now. Thank you.

Hi George,
"Wrong" from what perspective?  Against your current synch rate or wrong against what BT is reporting or wrong against what it has been / you believe it should be?
The figure you quote is a BT Profile figure.  PlusNet figures are rounded down to 0.10Mbps so it is equivalent would be 15.0Mbps, requiring a synch speed of 18.086Mbps
PlusNet has no control over BT Profile figures.

Hi there.
I've updated your profile to match the BT one.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you should see a increase.
