Most unreasonable for the 2 people dealing with it to go on holiday before it's resolved

Apologies for not getting back on this as quickly as I should, I'm still trying to track down the people who have been working on the fix for this so I can get a full run down on what happened with the resolution and where we currently stand. As soon as I have the info I will be back with answers!

I'm another one still waiting to hear.
It's only a small amount I'm missing but it's got to the stage whereby it's more a matter of principle. 
As has been previously mentioned - would plusnet have let it drag on as long as this if it was us that owed them the money?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this one. Without being too involved in this work previously it's been a bit of a back and forth to find the right people to speak to.
I've just had confirmation back that we still have a final batch due to process so all is not lost, hopefully they're trying to push this through for today and they're waiting for the request to pass through the gating process internally. Hopefully everyone who hasn't had the adjustment should see an email drop over the course of the day but I'll keep you all posted as I hear more back on this.
I'm covering Twitter for today so just to let you know that it may take a little while to get back to any questions.

Adam's tied up on Twitter at the moment, we've asked if we can double check the dataset ourselves to ensure it contains everyone we expect it to! It's looking more likely that this batch will run tomorrow now.

You're all on the list to be refunded, I will be looking to get this pushed through this week although it will be towards the end of the week due to the scheduled maintenance tonight.

Done as promised! 
Got my email at 14:50 today.  Not as much as I'd hoped for (had no idea of what to expect) but it will pay for fish & chips tonight (just)!
Thank you Chris for the perseverance!  Would now be good if the other issues (mainly amount transparency) could be addressed.
