Well well well, was told my referral discount would be corrected this months D D the correct amount has been applied, but NOT THE AMOUNTS that were short paid for the last 3 months, each month this was 50% less than it should have been. Anyone interested, listening or prepared to correct this?.
Has the issues with customers not getting the correct amount of referral credits been fixed (i thought this was corrected in January )?, as my February credits are less than they should be. Kind Regards Mike

Still waiting patiently for my referrals to be corrected, missing 3 Plusnet Unlimited Fibre referrals at 0.75p each, I know it isn't much, just want it sorted so can forget it, any idea yet when you will get round to fixing all the missing backdated ones?
Could my referrals also be looked at? It's no big deal, but I have two products activated by the same user on the same day towards the end of last year, but which show different numbers of tokens. Currently, one of the products has a date given for the last token while the other product has N/A in that column.
