Rants & Raves? Words cannot express my frustration


I've been without a connection for nearly SIX WEEKS and still no sense of urgency..
I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving, for daily exasperating phonecalls to the Plusnet faults team and to connect at my local internet cafe.
Does nobody at Plusnet check the status of faults on at least a weekly basis?  Why won't anybody take responsibility?  THIS IS SERVICE?Huh

That is truly diabolical. Have you been given any explanation whatsoever? They aren't waiting for you to do something perhaps, and you believe they've got it in hand? I'm sure as soon as a comms rep sees this it will get looked into.

Hi trice,
From checking the account I can see that one of our faults agents has had a personal ticket on this issue since the 18th (when the issue recurred, following a period of normal connectivity between the 8th and the 18th) and a preconfigured test router was sent out to you for testing - has this not arrived? Please post back if not and I'll get this chased for you.
