Quick response...many thanks

My connection failed about 14.30 this afternoon. I tried all the obvious things before contacting PN. I was very pleased with how quickly my call was answered & how well the problem was handled. The fault was handed on to your faults team.
Subsequently I checked with my neighbour who is a BT customer. He had also lost his connection & the BT recorded message informed him of an exchange fault. Everything is now back to normal but thanks again for your prompt response. Smiley

Hi Chris. Subsequently overnight it looks as though the DLM kicked in & my speed has dropped by 25%. I've added a note to the fault ticket so hopefully your faults team will pick it up in due course.

Glad to report that everything is indeed back to normal. Profile reset at PN followed by a quick internal reboot of my Asus RT-N 56U & things are back to normal. Many thanks Plusnet & in particular CP.  Smiley
