Positive feedback

So switched to Plusnet, Openreach messed up the fibre install but spoke to support in the evening and an Openreach engineer sorted out the issue next morning, Although I have (and normally have owing to closeness to the exchange and fibre cabinet) a rock solid line, this is far better service than I had before. It used to be painful with the previous ISP getting them to understand anything off script, Maybe there's an element of luck in the speed of Openreach response, because the engineer said they have shortages of people for the work they have locally, but I'm happy enough.

Hi there,

Really glad to hear that it got resolved to quickly. In terms of resolving the fault quickly, we have to put this down to Openreach (though they were only fixing their own poor provision).

Let us know if you have any issues down the line, but hopefully it's smooth sailing.
